Have a sweet dream..

Masuk 3rd trimester nih..mcm pregnant ladies yg lain gak la..
pinggang mmg tak bleh nk baring kt lantai rata..cm kt carpet dpn tv tuh..
mesti at least kne ader bntal2 kecik letak bwh pnggang atau baring kt sofa jer ble nk tgk tv..
nk duduk pon..tak selesa jugak..cm perut senak kn..
rase cm baby sempit jer kt dlm tu ble duduk..
mlm2 selalu gak la terjaga utk shishi at least sekali..sbb I amik ubat before tido..


Kalau tdo mlm tu..nasib baik hubby belikan nursing pillow nih..
actually dh bli bantal nih since 7months kot..
my MIL ckp..eh,awlnyer bli bntal nih..sbb dier ingt bntal nih purposely just for baby time breastfeed jer
but hubby explain la..ni utk i selesa time duduk n tidur..
time mula2 beli..dier cm tinggi sket..tp bila lama2 pkai..dh rendah la sket
skarang nih..mmg tido I sgt selesa sbb ada bantal nih..tp bantal kepala pn kene tinggi jugak la
since i guna 2  head pillow..kire mcm ada support la kt pnggang time tido tuh
bnyk brand kt market..i punye i beli kt kedai baby babe's home..
xplanning pon nk beli bantal nih pd mulanya..survey pon xpnah..time tu saje2 masuk kedai barangan baby ni sbb nk carik present utk our nephew amar..
skali girl promoter tu suggest bntal nih..my hubby pn terus jer soh beli..memula I refuse la (biase la..syg duit..ingt nk survey2 online dlu ker..atau tgk brand lain)..I kate tak awal sgt ke beli bntal tuh.(as alasan jer tuh)..tp hubby ckp,nti nk kene beli gak..skang nih leh la awk tdo selesa..
wah..sungguh concern..terharu..nih yg bertambah syg kt my dearest sweetheart nih..I pn tak kesah la..since dier yg keluar dwet..hehe..syg awk!

Tips that i get from babycenter.com to get comfy at night..

• Put one pillow between your legs and wedge another one behind your back. You may want to slide one under your belly as well.
• Try sleeping in a semi-upright position, with several pillows behind your head or in a reclining chair..(hah..bantal yg i beli tu really helpfull)
• Cut back on fluids by late afternoon or evening if frequent trips to the bathroom are robbing you of your zz's..(I mkn ubat seblum tdo la..and selalu dahaga mlm2..huhu)
• Wear a bra to give extra support to your breasts..(I prefer it other way around..;p)
• If lying on your side puts too much pressure on your hips, look into buying a soft egg-crate foam mattress pad. The pad goes on top of your mattress and under the fitted sheet and regular mattress pad for added comfort and air circulation.
